Dr. Laura Paulson grew up in Delafield, Wisconsin. She attended University of Wisconsin – La Crosse where she majored in Environmental Chemistry before heading to Big Rapids, Michigan, to attend  Michigan College of Optometry. 
During her externships, Dr. Paulson worked at Eye Clinic of Wisconsin, the Wyoming VA, Pleasant Optics, and Association for the Blind and Visually Impaired in Grand Rapids, MI. Dr. Paulson is excited to be returning to Wisconsin to join the team at Chippewa Valley Eye Clinic. She is experienced in comprehensive care, contact lenses, and low vision and looks forward to working with her patients of various ages to maintain comfortable vision throughout all stages of life. 
When not in the clinic, you will find Dr. Paulson outside. She loves to stay active and enjoys skiing, biking, and hiking! She looks forward to exploring the great trails in the area!
