Dr. Morton has a number of hobbies including hunting, running, hiking, snowboarding, beer brewing and sport shooting. He and his wife, Lauren, and their three children, Aris (5), Vera (3) and Violet (10 months) are enjoying their new home in the Chippewa Valley. They have been blown away by the fresh air, beautiful terrain and wholesome, hard-working people.
“Everyone at CVEC has been so generous and authentically welcoming,” Dr. Morton says. “We cannot wait to invest in this area and the people of the Chippewa Valley. There were several different options and locations to choose from in this search, but our family was very intentional in our decision to practice at Chippewa Valley Eye Clinic. We truly want to be here.”
On his patient care, Dr. Morton says, “When poor eye sight becomes a roadblock to enjoying the world around us, I have found my greatest joy in working with patients to efficiently remove that roadblock. When eye care is necessary for a patient with a medical or surgical problem, it takes a tremendous amount of trust to get the help one needs. I have worked hard, learned a great deal and look forward to making good on that trust.”
Dr. Morton is a member of American Academy of Ophthalmology (AAO), Alpha Omega Alpha honor society and the Arnold P. Goldman Humanism Society.
